Artist Bio

Sleepy Cross, a.k.a., Anthony Cross,  is a hip hop and r&b artist and producer who has voyaged his way to a well-crafted sound he developed over the years. As his honed his craft in Los Angeles, CA, he would often be asked if he rapped or composed beats better? —he attests to there never being an easy answer to that question, because he strived equally to be great at both. In similar fashion as other multifaceted urban artists such as Ye (Kanye West) and J. Cole, among many others, Cross has mastered conveying his own sound from scratch-to-final cut—making him a dynamic creator who delivers a dose of 'dopeness' that doesn't disappoint. 

He recently dropped his second single, "Go Up", a catchy, high-energy tune that shows off his pen-game. This follow-up to his first official single release, "Love Song Reinvented", featuring  A. Smith and Hitman Loyal, which dropped in February of 2022. His versatility is demonstrated in his production on both tracks, accompanied by his way of keeping his lyrical style fresh and adaptable, while remaining true to himself. 

River Flowz Entertainment has subsequently begun marketing and promotional activities  for the first single and the yet-to-be-released album. This includes execution of a grassroots social media campaign to expand Sleepy Cross and RFE brands ; and acquisition of partnerships that will be an instrumental  part of the label's trek to bring our consumers a robust fan experience.
